We made a double batch of this this weekend.
Raw milk maple walnut ice cream, with homemade hot fudge sauce.
My kids don't believe me that its not butter, and I can't stop eating it.
You should come over, I'll make you some.

I didn't mean to not post last week. We had some really nice weather,  

we baked banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts,

 

 and threw a lot of fits.

 

It was enough to keep us busy.

the garden fun has begun

I should give a disclaimer about how my thumbs are blessed with death when it comes to gardening here. I don't know as much as I'd like too. But I can't help myself. We are trying a couple things. Broccoli, carrots, lettuce and tomatoes. The kids wouldn't here of a garden with out a pumpkin, so there you have it. Please send some green my way if you think of it. I'd like to harvest just one thing.

1. little beef tacos with fresh cilantro and onion

3. pot roast and mashed potatoes
4.grilled salmon steaks and asparagus
5. chicken parmigiana
6. chicken pot pie

By the way, I'm having this for breakfast tomorrow morning. You might want to do the same.
