The kids are very much into making smoothies. And this morning we tried this recipe. It's adapted from whole living.
1 banana
1 cup chopped kale
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
Blend until smooth.
I loved it. The monkeys hated it.
That sounds so yummy! I might have to try it.
